At Hardbody, we stand by the quality of our performance gear and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If your equipment or apparel doesn't meet your training standards, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Package Your Gear

Ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached, and pack them securely in the original shipping box if possible.

Attach Shipping Label

Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
