To clean the lever:
Use a microfibre cloth with metal polish or glass cleaner and wipe until all marks and fingerprints are removed.
Assembling Your Lever Belt
Remove both the belt and the lever from the packaging.
Slide the screws through the holes on the lever mechanism backplate.
Use a Phillips head screwdriver to secure the screws to the lever.
Adjust the belt size by positioning the lever and backplate before tightening.
Measure around your core, just above your belly button. Do not base sizing on your waist or clothing size. Select the size that matches your core measurement.
Close the lever firmly and ensure it is fully secure before lifting.
Always train safely with correct form.
